Associate VP Investment

The Associate Vice President (AVP), Investments position, with a focus on COMPANY’s real estate equity platform, is based at our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles and works closely with the Investments team and others within the organization to executed and/or source real estate investments, conduct financial analysis and underwriting, and monitor the existing portfolio.  

The AVP, Investments role is an integral part of the COMPANY team. You’ll work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment and gain valuable exposure to COMPANY’s wide range of asset types and investment platforms in addition to each element of the capital stack. Projects may include retail, office, hotel, for-rent and for-sale residential, entertainment/media, parking, signage, and infill land development, among others. You’ll also gain experience with direct acquisitions, joint venture investments and public-private partnerships.  In addition to real estate equity investments, you may also gain experience with credit investments and infrastructure investing. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the acquisition effort and evaluating primarily real estate investments as well as using market analysis and your in-depth understanding of investment considerations to prepare investment committee memorandums and related support. You’ll also underwrite potential acquisition and development opportunities, manage the transaction due diligence and closing processes and monitor existing investments.

Position Requirements:
