Since then we’ve opened 12 studios across multiple coasts, all while working to create a safe, inclusive, productive, and fun work environment.
We’re seeking a General Manager based in Los Angeles, California.
As our LA GM you’ll oversee operations across multiple studios, as well as the brand’s growth in greater LA.
Excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for people management will set you up for success in this role.
What You’ll Do…
Manage P&L in addition to overall revenue, client retention + growth in the LA market
Oversee Studio Management & Front desk teams including:
Hiring, training & retaining a diverse, engaged team
Creating an inclusive work culture for all staff
Leading and coaching through the company vision, mission, and core values
Ensuring a best in class client service experience
Overseeing performance management including regular staff feedback
Identify new ways to perfect the client service and in studio experience
Work alongside Teaching Support management team, including collaboration on class schedule
Spearhead facilities management across all studios, including coordination with third party vendors as needed
Optimize the operational framework for peak studio performance through effective staffing and overall studio logistics processes
Manage studio promotions and reporting at the market level
Work with with Y7 Operations teams to launch new west coast locations
Work with Y7 Marketing team to oversee brand development initiatives at the market level
Collaborate effectively with all Y7 distributed leadership teams to ensure alignment with company-wide processes and procedures
