Software Engineer for our Oxnard, CA location.Key Responsibilities: Design, document, develop, integrate, and test software using C++Participate in peer reviews of design and softwareParticipate in requirements developmentCoordinate with other department engineers to test accuracy and efficiency of software as it relates to program requirementsQualifications: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US DoD Secret clearanceBachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with a minimum of 4 years of software development experience, Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a software engineerExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of computer science theory and practiceKnowledge of software development using modern C++ andKnowledge of software development in a Linux environmentAbility to travel when required
