To become a trusted advisor to Education centric organizations and institutions, this team will require experienced sales leaders to focus on positioning and deal shaping of opportunities.

As we rapidly and strategically build a best-in-class Sales organization, our team will consist of Education specialists driving innovation within the segment and helping customers capitalize on and understand recent Congressional stimulus funding.

AT& T Public Sector is hiring a Client Solutions Executive III Education Specialist The Client Solutions Executive III Education Specialist position is directly responsible for acquiring and growing our largest EDU customers.

Involves regular interaction with existing customers and perspective customers in an assigned Education module.

Additional responsibilities include managing a daily/weekly/monthly sales funnel, productivity forecasting, ordering, and processing contacts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for consulting with direct sales teams and customers to provide technical expertise regarding the design, customization, implementation, and account management of technical products/services/applications/solutions.

Advises customers on suitability of products based on technical needs.

Collaborate with Account Team Managers / territory leadership to develop strategic territory module plans, optimizing subscriber growth through successful penetration of target accounts.

Ability to facilitate workshops and other engagements for Education professionals, whether Academic, Administrative, Research, and/or IT focused, as well as internal AT& T teams.

Prepares proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, for highly complex solutions.

Develops strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sale.

Partner and collaborate with sales, marketing, external affairs, and other entities to influence decision making processes for public safety solutions.

May manage and coordinate the sales and/or technical team in support of the sale of highly complex products and services to a customer.

Spends some time at the customer premise developing and presenting sales proposals and systems solutions.

Requires knowledge of transformative IT products and services within the Education market, and experience positioning.

Participation in professional organization(s) relevant to education research, and/or IT administration.

Experience: 5-10 years of Account Management and/or Sales experience of complex technical application solutions, and wireless services for Higher Education and/or K-12 customers and clients Experience using SalesForce 360 Ready to join our team?
