ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Network Technician requiring a Secret clearance located in Rosslyn, VA.
The Network Engineer is responsible for deploying a variety of network infrastructure equipment, working with telecommunications carriers, provisioning connectivity into client offices, and generating, updating, and maintaining documentation and network diagrams.
Duties and Responsibilities Interacting with project stakeholders and designing solutions to meet their Provide network engineering and technical services to our Federal Government client in a fast-paced and dynamic Maintains documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service Ability to analyze and resolve computer network problems Provide technology support Enforce technology standards, procedures, and Ensure network security by maintaining network accounts Add network connections to multiple flavors of existing Architecting and implementing the solution as well as procuring equipment through federal acquisition Strict adherence to all security related Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience installing/ implementing networks and infrastructure interpreting design drawings Minimum of 3 years troubleshooting and maintain routing/ switching protocols Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing and troubleshooting IPSec and GRE tunnels Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing technical drawings with Microsoft Visio Familiarity/Experience with DMVPN Enterprise experience with OSPF (multi-area), preferred Experience with Cisco IOS-XE / Cisco ASR routers, preferred Experience with Cisco Nexus switches (NX-OS), preferred Experience with Cisco Voice-over-IP (VoIP) solutions, including Cisco Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express, preferred Experience with Cisco 2900 and 3900 routers, and 2960X and 3750X switches Secret clearance required Preferred Qualifications: Excellent troubleshooting skills Knowledge of CCNA-RS/CCNA-Security Exposure to Avaya enterprise phone systems, particularly Avaya VoIP implementations Solid understanding of operation of VoIP and video collaboration services and protocols State Department experience ActioNet is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
