Job Description: Support event registration and RSVP process for all events including setting up registration and webpage, Zoom meetings and following up with attendees as needed.
Create, print and assemble name tags and name tents for in-person events.
Work with the Facilities team to ensure proper setup of all hosted in-person events.
In-person event support and execution including setup and breakdown, check-in, vendor management, and overall event logistics.
Virtual event support via Zoom (must have working knowledge of Zoom).
Supports in drafting the run of show for both in-person and virtual events.
Support with event sponsor and expense invoicing and tracking.
Track sponsor deliverables and sponsor follow up as needed.
Provides support in researching external vendors, creating cost comparison sheets, and providing recommendations based on budget.
Helps draft marketing and promotional materials for events.
Upkeeps the internal and external Event Calendar on Outlook and the website.
Monitor the events inbox for incoming inquiries and provide a response within 24-48 hours while providing exceptional customer service.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Events Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
Requirements ?
Bachelor?s degree preferred ?
Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative or events role ?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?
Strong event technology skills ?
Must be organized and detail-oriented ?
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs ?
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook ?
