Analytics Engineer

Summary:

– The main function of a customer relationship manager is to build and maintain relationships with key customers.

– The typical CRM will resolve customer complains quickly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

– Oversee relationships with customers held by the business.

– Resolving customer complaints quickly efficiently.

– Helping customers stay up to date on offerings in order to increase sales.

Job Requirements:

Skills:

– Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

– Experience in sales and relationship management

– Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

– Proficient in Microsoft applications.

– Strong product knowledge

 

Education/Experience:

–  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

 

This team works in US region. Partner managers work with different cross functional teams and business partners. Serve as the face of the company to educate them/consult on content strategy, questions on organic content. Internally, work with products teams to market features and provide consultation/approaches to market.

Past experience as coordinators, assistance.

Previous experience at big tech companies, entertainment industry, working cross functionally, internally and externally. Partnerships, relationships backgrounds.

Top 3 required, most important aspects would be familiarity or experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, working with Data Analysis or insights, and great people skills, communication, collaboration and consulting.

This segment of the business has a large impact with the largest social platforms. Great experience to get access with cross functional teams and see how the business works at a high level.
