The Senior Data Quality Analyst will support governance framework to improve data quality, and collaborate with data stewards and data custodians across various business domains and business units to drive Data Quality Management process!

You will partner with stakeholders in identifying data quality issues, measure impact, identify remediation steps, implement remediation and monitor data quality.

Experience leading day-to-day data quality improvement, handle key initiatives, including data quality measurement, data literacy development, and data lifecycle management, will meaningful to your success!

*This position is part of the Information Technology department and is remote from anywhere in the United States*

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Participate in the application, deployment and continued enforcement of Data Quality Management (DQM) processes.

You will also apply a data governance framework, with a focus on continued improvement of data quality and strict adherence to the agreed processes, and follow the guidelines related to data governance to ensure clear accountability.

Other responsibilities will include delivering status updates on data quality by updating a Data Quality dashboard, following standards, policies and processes, coordinating data remediation plans where data fails to meet required standard by working with business owners and IT, leading selection and implementation of Data Quality Management tool, and performing data analysis to assess impact and remediation effectiveness

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field nd 8+ years of related work experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Data Governance, data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation, with significant influence on overall direction of data governance management

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and operationalizing data based guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards,

  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships that result in adoption of organizational change,

  • Experience of having been engaged within a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined, globally dispersed team

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Understanding of Data Quality Management technology landscape, processes and design principles

  • Operational familiarity in the use of meta-data management, data quality, and data stewardship tools and platforms

  • Experience in the use of data catalogs and data quality technologies
