Cloud Change Senior Manager

You’ve got the skills, tools and know-how to help companies remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable, and more productive.

The Work:

-Partner with West Market Cloud leaders and ecosystem partners to prioritize opportunities, engage key clients and structure proposals to sell and close Cloud Change deals.

-Architect and scope the Cloud Change Acceleration solution, services, approach and team.

Integrate solution with broader Cloud transformation team.

-Create a value-focused pricing strategy and estimate the total value of Cloud Change work; understand estimating models and general approach to Cloud transformation selling.

-Create awareness and understanding of our Cloud Change Acceleration offering as part of an introduction to Clients, Client Account Leads and other Accenture leaders.

-Confidently present the Cloud Change Acceleration offering, key messages and overall value prop to clients, ecosystem partners, Accenture leads and practitioners.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

You’ve got at least 10 years’ experience / skills in the following:

-C-Suite / executive sales experience

-Technology solutioning and selling

-Complex sales and delivery orchestration

-Cloud / digital transformation experience

-Tech workforce transformation

-Tech talent and new skilling

-Future skills and skill assessments

-Cloud native culture change

-Complex enterprise change management

-Working in a cloud / digital native environment

-Cross-functional teaming

-Continuous innovation

-Growth mindset

-Relationship building (clients, ecosystem partners, account leaders, functional leaders and others)

-Expert knowledge of cloud computing, devsecops/devops and agile

-External Consulting

-A Bachelor’s Degree
