Employee must have experience in running commercial dishwashing units.

They will be responsible for cleaning of all dishes and utensils used for serving of function.

This may include pots and pans.

Employee may also be asked to assist in tearing down of tables and final cleanup of event.

Employees are expected to report to location fifteen minutes prior to each shift.

They are to be in uniform specified for that function.
Locations of events are usually at convention centers, banquet facilities, corporate kitchens, and stadiums.

All employees must have a CA Food Handler Card or Serv-Safe Certificate.
