You communicate well with all properties in the Southern California region to successfully achieve recruitment goals.

What you will be doing:

Coordinate full cycle recruitment activities within the Southern California region and ensure company policies are followed

Engagingly process candidates through the candidate workflow; including but not limited to reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, verifying references and facilitating offers of employment

Working with Hiring Managers and Talent & Culture Directors to ensure recruitment policies are followed and candidates receive an engaging and informed experience while in the selection process

Support the properties in recruitment advertising and social media strategies and increase community engagement by attending career fairs and establishing/maintaining partnerships with local schools and professional training programs

Your experience and skills include:

2+ years’ experience leading full cycle recruitment activities

Proven organization skills, works well on own initiative and as a team, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results

Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems, with ability to develop and maintain relations with Hiring Manager and candidates

University/college degree or diploma required, formal education or certification in Human Resources Management an asset

Bilingual English/Spanish as asset
