The Role
The Sales Executive at AcuityAds is the face of our company and Enterprise and Agency clients’ first introduction to our brand and our programmatic product suite.
You will be representing a sophisticated Consumer Journey DSP technology by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects, recommending strategic solutions, negotiating contracts, and retaining clients on the East Coast.
What you will do:
Manage the entire sale cycle and take a Challenger approach to selling
Prospect and close business with Tier I and Tier II agencies as well as brand direct on the East Coast
Selling complex SaaS platform
Responsible for acquiring net new clients and growth of existing accounts
Own a book of business consisting of existing accounts and new prospects
Work closely with the client success team, operations, and product teams
Have a strong understanding of the advertising landscape and utilize knowledge and relations to identify and solicit potential clients
Understand product offerings and recommend appropriate products based on the client’s needs and resources
Be an Ambassador and bring awareness to the Acuity brand
Provide input into product design where products must be tailored to suit client’s needs
Willingness to travel around the East Coast
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of relevant sales experience (digital/ad tech)
Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
Positive attitude
Deep expertise in B2C and B2B sales and account management
Strong oral and written communication, with strong presentation skills
A hunter mentality who can also grow existing business
Able to demonstrate a high level of sales abilities & relationship management
Excellent personal, organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Resourceful, figure-it-out-and-get-it-done mentality with a track record of managing successful sales contracts without the resources and reputation of a large entity
Proven collaborator; able to leverage individual strengths to provide value Ability to build solid and trusting relationships
