Digital Asset LocalizationWe are working with 3 different regions Europe/Asia/Middle East.
Day to day will be working with 3 lists of titles for Disney+ localizing audio dubs and subtitles for about 13 languages will be responsible for research, tracking placing orders, tracking process and running with project.Must have Digital asset(localization) experience.Core business hours flexible to cover both coasts and working with teams outside the US.Required: Knowledge of various Video and Audio file formats (able to understand Technical Specifications) Experience in digital servicing Experience in planning/managing projects with large volume of assets Extensive knowledge of Google Sheets in a collaborative environment as well as MS Excel Experience in subtitle localization for media (preferred) Experience in audio dubbing (preferred)General Responsibilities Perform / Manage research, localization, packaging and servicing of digital assets projects Manage and meet milestones deadlines for research, asset prep, packaging and servicing projects Prepare and communicate project status to leadership: daily, weekly and/or ad-hoc Collaborate with peers and staff to assess/resolve complexities and challenges Place, track and reports origination and packaging orders in various systems/trackers Take on an array of production and library asset related special projects Maintain effective communication with leadershipo Inform of key issues as they ariseo Ensure delays/concerns are brought to leadership attention earlyo Consider possible solutions when identifying problems Perform timely reviews of cost estimates and invoices for accuracy Justify vendor charges that are over or under budget Keep and report weekly and/or monthly on select reports and metrics Understand relationships between milestones/dependencies, identifies trends and performs risk analysis Seek to process improve where opportunities exist Maintain accurate and current information records and updates in schedule Ad hoc projects on request independent of day-to-day project management Liaise with vendors, internal content leads and partner groups Forecast and assess estimated timelines and cost for special projectsRequirements1.
