Based in Los Angeles, CA (but this position is remote), out client is a very successful privately owned digital healthcare company that has experienced rapid business growth in the last 10 years.
They develop products and services that improve patient medical experiences that include retrospective chart reviews, medical record retrieval, HEDIS/ACO quality reporting, and data analytics, allowing payers and providers to dramatically reduce costs and improve quality of care.
Due to continued company growth they are seeking a talented VP of Product Engineering who will own and drive all aspects of our SAAS product development/engineering teams.

We are looking for a tenured, committed leader who will oversee and execute our mission to deliver the most comprehensive unified Risk Adjustment solution to the market.
You must be customer-obsessed and capable of quickly assessing and defining achievable goals for the teams.
Responsibilities include: Work with product management to establish a product development roadmap that addresses both the commercial aspirations of the business and the needs for technical maintenance and enhancements.
Build a customer outcome-focused culture across the engineering disciplines.
Build and retain a high performing distributed team that will drive the successful delivery of projects with partner development organizations Set the strategy of software engineering with an emphasis on automation, self-service, and end-to-end delivery of platforms and services using infrastructure as code, and end-to-end feature-based teams for delivery.
Establishes a culture of modern operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Build and mature delivery and technology engineering capabilities that allow for: operational stability, performance, efficiency, audit/control management, and scalability of platforms and journeys supporting needs today while also preparing for the long-term future.What You Need for this PositionBA in CS/MS highly desiredExperiences leading globally distributed engineering teams of several dozens Experience delivering complex user interfaces for a SAAS product suite Technical expertise includes modern web frameworks, event-driven architecture, microservices and AWS.
