Description: These Driver Helpers will be responsible for:
– Pulling orders/boxes in the warehouse, preparing vans/trucks for daily routes.
– When in the warehouse, they will be lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
– Loading and unloading boxes off trucks.
– When on the road and driving, they will be driving to client sites to make deliveries and/or pick ups.
The primary products they will have are boxes and documents/paperwork.
– Will be interacting with their client managers, administrative personnel, all the way up to owners.
Must be able to provide consistently excellent levels of customer service.
– Once driving, vehicles will be vans or 16 -24 ft.

That means not being asked to help, but offering their services before they are needed (approx.
75% warehouse/25% driving initially, but this will change over time as they prove themselves).2.

– 2 years of warehouse experience.
– 2 years of driving experience is a HUGE PLUS, but not mandatory.
– Experience driving bobtail or box trucks is a big plus.
– Class C license and clean DMV (2 points or less) is mandatory.
