Manage a multi-modality team of RBMs and RLCMs.
Develop, manage and grow KOL partnerships.
Participate in and execute Regional Luminary account plans.
Achieve short and long term financial targets within Region.
Develop and implement targeted new sales and upgrade programs with CMSU business units for existing customers.
Work with Canon Business Units (BUs) to execute on programs.
Identify and escalate high visibility installation/turn-overs.
Manage the Region install base customers, along with the RLCM.
Be the trusted partner and co-leader to the RVPs & Cover the region in the RVP absence.
Partner with Service ZVPs and ZVPs on managing the orders and revenue forecast process.
Assist in the developing, managing and growing strategic partnerships.
Take an ownership position in developing and implementing targeted sales and upgrade programs with CMSU business units for existing customers.
Support developing strategies to increase visibility and win rate within the region and track progress.
