Ideal candidate will have significant experience in the arena of wage and hour class actions. Qualifications •At least 3 or more years of Plaintiff side employment Law experience •Superb legal writing, and research skills •Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures •Class Action experience is a significant plus •Must a have completed at least two trails (1st or 2nd chair) The firm will pay a top six figure salary for the right candidate.
