– 12 years of experience recruiting for SDE, TPM, and/or SDE Manager roles (1/ 3 Manager must-haves) Sourcing and screening of candidates Coordinating online assessments and managing onsite blitzes Ability to use LinkedIn and demonstrate Boolean skills (1/ 3 Manager must-haves) Good communication: candidates, hiring managers, recruiter peers Preferred Skills: Ability to use ATS and Beamery Duplicate checking of candidate resumes Mass candidate reach outs Leadership Principles: Ownership Bias for action Deliver results (1/ 3 Manager must-haves) Team Culture: Highly collaborative, diverse, inclusive, and friendly team that works independently, but is very accessible.

Main focus would be on sourcing candidates.
Candidate will have a lot of support from the team, especially starting off.
There is a robust learning and ramp up model in place.
Typical Day: Sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and management.
Goal is to have 2 reqs filled per month Communicate with various team members Interaction w/ Team: Independent have a set of goals to work with, however there is a collaborative approach.
Work with the HM and stakeholders on request.
