Approximately 15-20 inbound calls daily, job will consist of mostly outbound calls and email communication.

Input all new request received into the Medical Access Assistant Vault, verify claim information and acquire authorization Job Requirements: Previous customer service experience, quick paced, multi-tasker, great verbal and written skills professional and team player.

Monday-Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM 1-2 Saturdays a month.
