One of the fastest growing insure-tech start-ups of all time.* Key investors: QED Investors, Anthemis, Healthy VC, Nationwide Insurance* Team size: 100+ full-time equivalents (May 2021) and targeting 400+ by end of 2022* Location: 100% remote (US required, preferably West Coast/Los Angeles) What You’ll Do: * Answers inbound and/or places outbound telephone calls as assigned and appropriately directs callers and ensures all calls are handled efficiently and in a timely manner* Schedules various types of appointments for practitioners* Contacts patients by phone to remind upcoming appointments, to ask follow-up questions, and to provide instructions if needed; cancels and reschedules appointments as well* Assists with patient message call backs* Establish a trusting relationship with members, caregivers, clinical staff and vendors Who You Are: * Written and orally proficient in Spanish or Mandarin* High School Diploma or GED required* 1 year of Healthcare experience required* 1 year of customer service experience is required* Medical office or healthcare experience in appointment scheduling and managing patient calls is preferred Why join us?
