Successfully leases apartments by meeting customer needs.
Assists in marketing the property and generating traffic.

Requirements: * Minimum 1-year experience as a leasing consultant* Must be bilingual in Spanish & English* Must have a Valid California Drivers License* Must have a minimum of 1 years of customer service and/or sales experience.* Lease apartments to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy.* Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.* Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.* Build a strong resident retention program.* Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting.* Must be energetic and have strong sales skills.* Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.
