Executive Aide

Our healthcare client in the Los Angeles, CA area is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for an 8 month project. The ideal Executive Assistant will have experience with heavy scheduling and Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Teams. The role will require you to be on-site 1 day/week, so applicants must live close to the Los Angeles, CA area.

Job Duties May Include:

  • Support a team of 3 and report into the Manager of Administrative Operations
  • Manage multiple high level executive calendars
  • Frequently schedule meetings, interviews and other activities
  • Act as a protective gatekeeper and liaison, discretion is required

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma, AA or BA degree highly desired
  • Ability to multitask at a high level
  • Great attention to detail
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Outlook
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Healthcare/hospital experience is highly desired
