REMOTE PROGRAM DIRECTOR

This role is responsible for managing program partners and overseeing the program business profitability.
Essential Functions
- Supervise and guide day to day product management for all program business.
- Manage program partners relationships.
- Audit and oversee our program partners to ensure compliance with rates and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain monthly program performance reports and execute monthly reviews.
- Collaborate with other key departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze the organization’s competitive position amongst the market & industry trends.
- Familiar with actuarial rate indication exhibit and reserve analysis.
- Experience making difficult decisions in a timely manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective at gaining others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions.
- Effective at delegating responsibility and working with others to coach them to develop their capabilities.
- Experience building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
