Warehouse Data Entry

The primary responsibility of the Inventory & Data Entry Clerk is to track inventory and enter in computer system.

ESSTENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Take/Track and maintain inventory.
  • Enter information into inventory database.
  • Compiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
  • Maintains compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • Shipping & Receiving.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum six months of warehouse experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MS Office Suite of Products

LANGUAGE SKILLS

The individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Bi-lingual Spanish

COMPUTER SKILLS

The individual must have basic computer skills.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The individual must possess the following strengths:

  • Must be able to follow procedures.
  • Positive work attitude and leadership skills
  • Excellent job performance in productivity quality, safety, and attendance
