Area Profit Protection Manager (Loss Prevention)

*Responsibilities* * Conduct periodic audits and takes appropriate actions as required.  * Identify fraud and loss by analyzing reporting i.e. EAS systems, CCTV systems, point of sale             reporting, cash controls, safety, theft, and operational errors.  * Coordinate and lead Loss Prevention Training for management teams.  * Recommend changes to the organization; support agreed upon solutions and execute             organizational strategies  * Manage overall research, analysis and interpretation of shrink/loss/safety trends and             develops strategies for improvement.  * Ensure store visit audits are executed throughout the area/territory.  * Work collaboratively with discipline business partners to identify key issues, and develop solutions.  * Identify and resolve shrink control deficiencies.  * Lead/Conduct Internal theft/fraud/policy violation investigations and interviews.  * Ensure thorough documentation and management of cases until conclusion.  * Work with law enforcement as needed for resolution of internal and external cases.  *Key Dimensions* Customer Service
– * Provides customer service and guidance to store management, associates and customers in complex situations  Product & Store Knowledge
– * Has detailed knowledge of store processes  * Expertise in the products value and popuIarity of product in regards to shrink   Store Operations
– * Complete knowledge of store systems  Leadership
– * Ability to motivate, inspire and influence a team .  * Must have the ability to lead through adversity and overcome objections  *Qualifications* * 5 – 7 years Asset protection I Loss Prevention *multi store **experience*.

*  College Degree preferred, but not required.  * Must be a Leader regarding safety training & safe practices.  * 40% Travel Expected  * Completed W-Z, W-Z advanced, CFI preferred.
