Job Description: SUMMARYResponsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient Cargo operation while ensuring customer service standards and contractual services are met.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResource planning (manpower, equipment, and facilities).Establish and maintain a high-quality standard of the Cargo handling operation.Ensure that there is an efficient and effective communications system between management and the workforce.Maintain applicable safety and quality standards.Maintain close and effective business relationships with customer airline’s management.Report any irregularity and take appropriate action.Attend and contribute to internal meetings.Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policiesAll other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS Ability to work in team environment and deal with conflict; excellent organizational and planning skills plus oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office and other computers.
Must be customer focused and have quality awareness.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent; 2-3 years industry leadership experience.
Must have open availability.
Must be dependablePHYSICAL DEMANDS Employee able to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Ability to work in inclement weather.LANGUAGE/MATH and REASONING SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
