Pay based on experience includes hourly rate plus monthly bonus.
The benefits coordinator will be the designated contact person for all of the patients in their assigned office.
This person will maintain contact with each patient needing a treatment plan to ensure the responsible parties have been educated of the importance in proceeding, and the risk associated in postponing, any and all treatments diagnosed by their dentist.
This person will facilitate the completion of this by developing a patient treatment schedule, acceptable financial arrangements, maintaining excellent communication, and providing optimal customer service.
