Accounting Assistant

Adecco is currently looking for a temp to hire Accounting Assistant in Sun Valley, CA.  If you feel you qualify please apply.
Responsibilities for this Accounting Assistant position include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and file Sales tax returns for states and various cities across the country.
  • Assist updating quarterly states’ sales tax rate changes.
  • Month-end closing accounting entries activities.  Including accrual entries.
  • Prepare and file Royalty reports together with timely payments to licensors.
  • Prepare and distribute month-end analysis reports. 
  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
  • Special projects as requested/needed

    To be considered for this Accounting Assistant position, you should:

  • Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills (will be tested for such actions as sorting, subtotalling, filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
