Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounting Principals is looking for an Accounting professional with at least 2 years of experience for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a client of ours in Downtown Pittsburgh, PA.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strong understanding of accounts receivable duties, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities: Process all Customer payments including check deposits and credit card posting Assist with data entry Analyze, process and accurately reconcile and post payments Monitor billing activity on a weekly basis to confirm compliance or obtain action to remediate non-compliance Maintain invoicing and collaborate with sales team for invoice corrections Forming and maintaining customer relationships Collection calls and emails Accounts Receivable Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but will consider equivalent experience High attention to detail and the ability to switch fluidly between tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Minimum of 1 – 3 years of previous experience
