Sales Associates are provided unique territories and leads to help drive successful sales.

Prospecting is done by phone, email, LinkedIn, and by attending industry meet-ups and events (get creative and have fun with it!).

Once meetings are scheduled, Sales Associates are invited to attend meetings to learn how to convert leads into profitable home acquisitions that add value to customers and the company.About YouYou are a polished communicator (written, verbal, and presenting) with excellent listening skills and an ability to persuade people and overcome objections.You are a natural talker that enjoys speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and should be comfortable on the phone.You possess tremendous energy and stamina that comes with a natural curiosity to consistently and freshly engage with up to 150 people on a daily basis.You are goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the drive, grit, and passion to exceed company quotas and achieve outreach metrics.You are an exceptional customer service provider and problem solver with analytical skills and a deep desire to make a difference and help people succeed.You are technically savvy with a Bachelor’s degree.

You are able to use sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and related platforms to drive sales success.About Acceleration CapitalAcceleration Capital helps real estate entrepreneurs find, fund, and sell the perfect residential project.

The Acceleration portfolio includes True Cash Offers (TrueCashOffers.Com) which provides homeowners an easier way to sell their house for cash, Acceleration Agents (AccelerationAgents.Com) which provides tools and training for real estate agents, and Acceleration Loans (AccelerationLoans.Com – coming soon) which offers affordable funding for real estate investors.

We work hard to ensure safe and healthy working conditions including work from home, adhering to CDC guidelines, and taking all necessary steps to provide a healthy and safe working environment.Compensation and OTEStarting off in this role, we offer a base pay + OTE which ranges from $40,000-45,000 annually.

This position is designed to advance into a Senior Acquisition Manager role with a base + OTE of $150k.

Please note, the advancement timeline varies per individual, however, an estimated average would be approximately one year.
