Job Title: Thought Leader Liaison, West Territory (AZ, CA, CO, IA, MN, OR, UT, WY, WI) Epizyme, Inc.

is a fully integrated, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to its mission of rewriting treatment for cancer and other serious diseases through novel epigenetic medicines.

In addition to an active research and discovery pipeline, Epizyme has one U.S.

FDA approved product, TAZVERIK ® (tazemetostat), for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients aged 16 years and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma (ES) who are not eligible for complete resection; adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma whose tumors are positive for an EZH2 mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test and who have received at least 2 prior systemic therapies; and adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.

These indications are approved under accelerated approval based on overall response rate and duration of response.

Continued approval for these indications may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in a confirmatory trial(s).

The company is also exploring the treatment potential of tazemetostat in investigational clinical trials in other solid tumors and hematological malignancies, as a monotherapy and combination therapy in both relapsed and front-line disease settings.

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based position responsible for building industry leading relationships with Lymphoma and Sarcoma Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within a defined geography.

The TLL is responsible for all KOL related commercial activities, including congresses, promotional peer-to-peer educational initiatives, speaker programs and advisory boards.

The TLL will focus on KOL engagements to gain market insights uncover regional marketing opportunities and develop product advocacy.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute engagement plans to collaborate with KOLs to ensure TAZVERIK® (tazemetostat) messaging is aligned across indications .

Development and implement a strategy to drive KOL advocacy for TAZVERIK® (tazemetostat); gather insights to advance brand strategies and deliver business results Effectively translate scientific, clinical, and market research into actionable commercial educational programs, especially for KOLs.

Lead in the design, recruitment, and execution of advisory boards Develop, coordinate, and execute a strategic plan for congress and professional society meetings and support customer meetings at all major conferences for senior leadership team.

Lead the identification and recruitment of speakers, manage the speaker training process, evaluate and execute branded and unbranded educational peer-to-peer programs.

Function as a field member of the marketing team, collaborating with sales, market access, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, senior management, and other teams to further core TLL responsibilities.

Collaborate with brand team to ensure alignment of key messages and customer insights Participate in the annual brand planning process, leading development of an insight driven TLL plan and budget to meet market needs and drive KOL engagement.

Lead the relationship, priorities, execution and budget management with key educational/marketing agency partners supporting TLL activities.

Education & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required 8 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry 5 years of oncology experience required Previous marketing/KOL-facing experience required Oncology launch experience preferred Significant experience in creating, maintaining, and growing relationships with key customers Strong analytical problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, show attention to detail, and follow-through to completion Approximately 40% travel is required (post-COVID) Epizyme, Inc.
