Business Analyst with strong business and analytical skills to join our rapidly growing team.

This position will assist in the continued expansion of the data product portfolio supporting the broadcast media and digital needs of the business.

In this role you will analyze a broad range of business problems, define priorities, and partner with stakeholders in producing actionable recommendations to advance key strategic initiatives.A Snapshot of your responsibilities* Create, manage, and scale analytical programs from the ground up, providing insights and recommendations to support our team’s strategic initiatives* Enable decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to present it in a digestible and actionable format* Manipulate and analyze large data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools* Design, build, and own scalable solutions for new and ongoing reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business needs* Manage multiple projects and proactively communicates issues, priorities, and objectives* Develop, standardize and maintain business critical metrics, analysis, and reporting.

Deliver business reviews to senior leadership teams* Perform quantitative analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and insights presented within digital products* Work with leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives* Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations* Communicate findings to senior management and to the broader organization* Design business system solutions and collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to prioritize requirements and define delivery plans* Participate in systems implementation projects (i.e.

requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution).Basic Qualifications* 4+ year(s) working experience writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis* 4+ year(s) working experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related quantitative functions* Proven track record working with data and active participation in the research and analytics community* Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making* Strong team-orientation with proven track record of taking ownership, diving deep, and delivering results* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written with an ability to communicate effectively with technical teams in both small and large groups* Experience identifying, extracting, integrating, and working with data from multiple environments using a thorough and detailed approach to ensure the highest level of data accuracy* Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a cross-functional, remote team* High-energy, team-first, positive, solution-oriented attitude motivated to work efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint* User-centric, system design thinking and intuitive product sense* A commitment to constant self-improvement and a willingness to be coachedPreferred Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline* Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as TableauWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
