A Marketing Manager at Eleven creates, nurtures, and manages connections within various tech communities, organizations, and contacts. This role aims to advocate and evangelize the services that Eleven Recruiting provides for its customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with the senior management & recruiting team to develop the candidate profile, identify selection criteria, and search strategy.
- Identify high-level technical talents in the market.
- Advise, influence, and drive an effective sales and recruiting process.
- Network to generate and build strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences.
- Identify, contact, and influence qualified passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of your regions and marketplace.
- Build & nurture key talent pipeline: using recruitment marketing campaigns, internal referral networks, and other creative search strategies to engage & retain candidate interest.
- Engage in consistent and effective communication with the business and candidates.
- Employ relationship management best practices consistently to expand and enhance the candidate experience.
- Establish ongoing touch points with candidates via a customer relationship management system.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Vendor Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in IT Vendor Management, Vendor Relationship Management, IT Operations, IT Project Management, and/or IT Strategic Sourcing.
- Knowledge of business environment, service requirements, and culture.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and solving multiple complex problems.
- Possess a customer service mindset.
