Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to design our next generation of user assistance technology and implement new embedded help delivery mechanisms that improve how technical information gets delivered to our customers. Work with development teams to implement code for new user assistance mechanisms.Candidates need to present a portfolio of writing samples (full or partial PDF or HTML files for evaluation purposes only. Oracle warrants that it will not use, copy, or display the samples for its own purposes.Preferred Qualifications· Bachelors or Masters degree in English or related field with at least five years of technical writing, development, or equivalent experience.· 5+ years of Technical Writing experience· Experience with authoring tools. Expertise in Oxygen (DITA) and FrameMaker a plus.· Ability to learn new technologies quickly.· Experience with XML and REST a plus.· Strong team player with outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.· Experience with Scrum process.· Empathetic towards customer needs.· Value kindness and respect.
