Mid-sized litigation law firm located in Century City is seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking legal assistant to assist with a growing and expanding practice.
Top applicants will have 3 months to 1 year of experience working ideally in any legal environment.
This law firm offers the opportunity to do large law firm work in a litigation environment and offers training, mentorship, and would be perfect for those looking to go to law school in the near term.

Job Requirements:
– Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
– Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
– Proficiency in data entry
– Command of customer service
– Spanish Language experience desired
– Proven knowledge of Internet research, calendaring, word processing and spreadsheets
– 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity
– Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new ideas and concepts
