Program Manager to support a Federal government client.
As a Sr.
Program Manager, you will: Have program management experience directly managing a staff of 20 personnel.
Demonstrate strong ability to multi-task in areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Job Requirements Active TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not required.
Requirements This individual must possess 5 years of experience in the multifunctional security disciplines, with demonstrated experience managing personnel, and a strong background and understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD population: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred but not required.
Substantially similar to a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the following areas: 1.
Program management experience directly managing a staff of 20 personnel.

Demonstrated strong ability to multi-task in areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc.
