RTC Aerospace: Master Scheduler

Position Overview:The Master Scheduler is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the production schedule in support of the predetermined customer needs, i.E.; purchase order requirements, as well as any modifications and/or revision as a result of negotiations with customer production schedules.Duties and Responsibilities:Familiarity with customer requirements and scheduling as they pertain to control of internal production flow and customer required deliveriesAbility to coordinate and prioritize daily workload based on customer demandsFacilitate daily ship meetings in support of customer requirements and communicate delivery dates to responsible departmentsManage, facilitate and communicate customer expectations that are outside the realm of original contractual agreementsAbility to communicate with customers, internal personnel and suppliers to promote awareness and requirements to support customer demandsOther duties may be assigned as directed by the Production Control Manager or Director of OperationsRequired Education, Skills, and Experience:Minimum of 3 year production control experience in a manufacturing environment Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:Production control experience in an aerospace environmentLeadership or supervisory experienceExperience with MRP, MRPii and/or Pull Systems Physical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of this job.
