Position Purpose & Focus:

Primary support role in organizing and controlling large-scale project activities under the direction of a Project Manager or Business Manager.

Effectively and accurately communicate relative project information to project team.

Keep Project Managers or Business Manager informed about project status and issues that may impact progress or relations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with coordinating, organizing, and securing change documents with Project Managers Aide Project Team with change documents for completeness and accuracy Assist in maintaining and managing change logs in company systems Prepare written communications on technical and non-technical matters for various levels of management Identify, analyze, and prepare Project Documents with Project Managers Provide support to project teams in tracking all MOC process changes Gather data and prepare supporting documentation during Engineering & Construction project phases Organize and track documents throughout approval process, ensuring signed forms are gathered, and saved for auditing purposes Support Project Controls Cost & Schedule activities leading to the successful completion of tasks and report deliverables Assist MOC Team with ongoing MOC training of personnel utilizing the MOC Process.Ensure and evaluate traceability and reasonableness of MOC documents.

Schedule and attend meetings and complete additional duties, as required.

Qualifications & Success Factors:
BA/BS degree in a Construction or Engineering major, or 4-6 years’ work experience in a similar role required, Construction or Engineering industry highly preferred.

Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.

Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Highly collaborative, adaptable, and analytical with ability to work in a team environment.

Experience in project management, configuration management, supply chain, operations, and/or quality departments within a regulated environment.

Familiarity with Engineering & Construction field concepts, practices, & procedures required Hands-on experience and general knowledge of cost management, tools, process, & reporting preferred.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills required.

Problem solving and root cause identification skills required.
