Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • The Finance & Analytics Analyst is responsible for supporting in the execution of all company Finance & Analytics, including forecasting and financial analysis, reporting, data visualization, and collaboration with various segments of the business.
  • A significant partner to the Sales department, with accountability to sales growth and other Key Performance Indicators.
  • Synthesize extensive internal and external data into meaningful outputs, dashboards and visualization for executive team, sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Work with the team to identify strengths and opportunities, improve organizational efficiency and support sales growth by analyzing data, results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending action
  • Publish reports and projections in an accurate and timely manner to all areas of the business, including Executive Team
  • Use analytical skills, and data driven support to create innovative processes and building relationships, working successfully across functions.
  • Utilize Tableau Analytics and internal ERP system to generate reports, analysis, and create effective dashboards
  • Work with all areas of the business to collect operational data and increase productivity
  • Align and collaborate with various teams to support strategic organizational initiatives
  • Utilize proprietary customer systems to help support sales team with sales objectives
  • Protect organization by keeping information confidential
  • Must be trustworthy, highly competent and helpful in all daily and ongoing interactions.
  • Assist with other admin and operational duties, as needed

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Analytics preferred
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, finance, analytics or related field
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel – comfort with pivot tables, vlookup etc.)
  • Experience with business analytics tools (Tableau preferred), comfortable learning new software
  • Strong collaboration, work-ethic, communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability, consistent, punctual and regular attendance, strong ability to work with others in a collaborative, respectful manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor
