Position Summary

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, organized individual to work with the Global Chief Experience Officer.

In this role, you will be tasked with developing programs that enhance the employee experience along every step of the employee journey.

From onboarding to exit, you will make data driven decisions to improve employee engagement and morale.

You will also participate in planning cultural initiatives that help to make Initiative an inclusive culture and to deliver on our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Global Chief Experience Officer to proactively manage programs that help create a positive experience at Initiative.

Employee Experience & Satisfaction

· Identify trends from employee feedback.

Design and manage a solution focused employee experience framework.

· Build rapport and trust with client teams to gain an understanding of their team dynamics to help facilitate action plans for improving team morale.

· Create proactive approaches to well-being in order to uphold our pledge to supporting mental health.

· Identify ways to help employees ease into the upcoming flexible approach to returning to the office.

Learning & Development

· Continue our Learning & Development initiatives across the agency.

· Promote and track progress of training across crafts via FLITE

· Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR and Operations for the revamping and deployment of the agency intranet.

· Contribute to improving the onboarding process to ensure that new hires are set up for success.

Promoting Agency Culture

· Lead the Culture Club in developing and executing activities that encourage building connections across teams and creating positive energy throughout all of our offices

· Participate in Council for Positive Change and collaborate with volunteers across Initiative to drive integration of DEI principles

Desired Skills & Experience

· Organizational Skills: Must be able to balance multiple priorities effectively and deliver outcomes that positively impact the Agency

· Communication skills: Role requires the ability to effectively communicate across different means and levels within the organization

· Project Management and leadership capabilities

· Strategic thinking and decision making: Ability to balance the long-term needs of the agency with the short-term impact of any decisions made

· Collaboration: Must be able to work across different levels & capabilities to ensure a collaborative culture

· Goal Setting: Ability to set goals, timelines & track progress

· Prioritization & Time Management: Able to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines

· Experience/Exposure in working with engagement programs is preferred
