The attorneys in this firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group have extensive experience counseling public and private employers in matters involving a wide range of labor, employment, and education laws. The successful candidate should have experience representing employers in the group’s substantive practice areas. Preferably including depositions, hearings, trials, FMLA, class actions, discrimination etc.). This position is very much hands-on and you have to be able to interact with the clients.
