Marketing Technology Consultant

You are: As a Marketing Technology Consultant, you are a strategic marketing automation leader, consulting with clients on marketing and sales demand generation business process best practices and developing marketing automation system architecture to address client needs and achieve client marketing goals.

As both strategist and architect, you will act as an internal team lead for directing automation systems implementation work and as a key client-facing advisor on automation strategy.

You work with clients and projects and will both implement and advise other members of your project teams to implement your solutions.

Your primary focus will be on marketing automation and CRM strategy, and you will leverage your B2B marketing and demand generation expertise to ensure that strategy aligns with overarching client business and marketing strategy and is designed to accomplish client and project goals.

As a data driven marketer you will implement, analyze, and optimize marketing automation programs and platforms to best meet client needs.

The Work:
– Act as strategic lead and automation team primary point of contact on complex client engagements
– Serve as team lead for internal Agile processes, providing input into roadmapping and planning exercises and advising on resourcing decisions
– Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
– Translate client requests into actionable solutions rooted in best-practices and adapted based on understanding of client’s business
– Lead audits/assessments of business processes and system implementations and recommend improvements aligned with best practices
– Advise on automation and demand generation business process best practices including Lead Lifecycle, Lead Scoring, SLAs, Lead Sourcing, MA and CRM integration, Data Quality and Management, Marketing Programs, Lead Nurture, Reporting, and more
– Architect solutions in Marketing Automation and/or CRM systems
– Work with Account Management identify opportunities and provide strategic insight to help grow accounts Qualifications Here’s what you need:
– 6 years related B2B Marketing Strategy and Demand Generation experience
– 4 years of experience in one or more marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
– 2 years of experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SugarCRM, etc.)
– Certified in one or more Marketing Automation or CRM platform.

Advanced certifications such as MCE (Adobe Certified Expert
– Marketo Engage Business Practitioner or similar) preferred
– Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Nice to have:
– Intermediate HTML/CSS skills
– Extremely detail-oriented and thorough
– Knowledge of, and interest in, current trends in B2B Demand Generation and Marketing Automation
– Team player
– Readily takes ownership of work with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
– Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
– Client service delivery experience TRAVEL: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
