Jolby is looking for a Creative Producer on a Contract to Hire basis The Role A Creative Producer at Jolby is an integral part of our studio and will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish.
Your daily priority will be to ensure that our studio generates the best possible work by staying knowledgeable, organized, communicative, and flexible while motivating your creative team.
Your role is a mixture of producer, account management, and project management, and are an advocate for both the creative team and client equally.
You will collaborate alongside our clients and the studio to support and create work for the better of our community, our planet, and each other.

The Responsibilities Support the Senior Creative Producer and Account Team with administrative and operational support; you will help to forecast any future creative needs and proactively provide accurate workflows.
Daily project management: oversight of project timelines, schedules, client and creative liaison, resource management, budget management, and reporting, and facilitating meetings.
Budget and resource management: you are accountable for projects staying within budget, raising any red flags early, and managing production schedules and product/vendor procurement.
Oversee all vendor communication, serving as the liaison between vendors and the studio/clients.
Partner with Creative and Art Director(s) on an as-needed basis for this.
Client management: you will serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for any/all information required by the client.
Your goal is to build trust and good relationships and you will have a complete understanding of their project prior to entering the studio.
You will have the ability to recommend any executions and solutions as needed and will ensure all presentations/project reviews are accurate, match the scope of work, and meet the Jolby standard.
Excellent communication: you will be expected to provide clear direction, estimation of workload, enable collaboration between teams, and have the ability to understand any challenges or concerns and be a supportive lead in finding productive solutions.
You will be versed in the technical know-how of your projects and have the willingness to seek out new answers, manage priorities, raise risks, and offer productive solutions.
You will use existing tools/platforms (Asana, Harvest, Slack, Forecast, etc) to keep our producing process cohesive and organized.
Background/Experience 5 years of experience at a creative agency or studio preferred or related field; minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience.
Experience in people management is a plus 3-5 years of creative production experience managing multidisciplinary creative projects including but not limited to production of photography, print, creative/branding, digital mediums, social campaigns, etc.
Experience managing multiple projects of various scopes/budgets with differing and converging timelines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small and close-knit team of remote workers and clients.
You are open, positive, and aware.
You are naturally organized, resilient, and can handle being in and out of the weeds.
You can effectively tackle incoming volumes of work with ease while staying confident, focused, and flexible.
You thrive off feedback and are a problem solver, reliable, responsive, and you approach change with a positive attitude.
You have proficiency in digital and creative operations and are fluent in design jargon.
