We are seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to become a part of our small team!
You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:Represent clients in State and/or Federal courtPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Qualifications:Previous experience in related law 5 to 10 years minimumFamiliarity with various legal documents (including, discovery and trial)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly motivated and reliableWork well independently as well as cooperatively in a small office settingA degree from an accredited law school program.Admittance to the state bar.Advanced knowledge of legal strategies and courtroom proceedings.Develop strategies for upcoming trials by reviewing evidence, and speaking with the client.
