Creative communications agency, IHPR, is looking for a VIP Showroom Assistant to join the team in our LA office.

The VIP Assistant is responsible for the overall organization and running of the showroom and must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Responsibilities generally include but are not limited to:
- Oversight and management of samples including inventory, send outs, returns;
- Showroom maintenance and presentation including merchandising, layout and stock levels;
- Strategizing and executing on VIP showroom programming;
- Offering support to account teams through general office duties;
- Unpacking and steaming new shipments;
- Booking all messengers and monitoring costs for clients;
- Scheduling FedEx/UPS pickups and tracking packages;
- Recruiting and managing interns;
- Assisting in stylist/influencer appointments;
- Ensuring safe transportation of garments from showroom to stylists;
- Updating the showroom calendar with appointments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a showroom preferred;
- Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple simultaneous projects;
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively across teams;
- Proactive problem-solving skills with an ability to quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas;
- Flexible and open-minded, with the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines.
