Non-Profit – Medical Group, that has been around for 20 years, serving the uninsured and lower income communities of LA, is looking for a Bilingual Patient Access Representative.
As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, duties include entering and updating patient information in EMR system, patient scheduling, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate staff.

Shift: Monday – Friday – 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Patient Service Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 year’s Patient Access Rep experience in a Medical or Clinical environment
- Medical Call Center experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is required
- EMR: EPIC is required
