Real career opportunity Job Type: – Full-time Qualifications: Experience: – Baking, 3 years minimum (Required) License: – Food Handler (Required) Full Job Description: All candidates MUST: – Have experience working in a commercial Bakery. -Have experience making artisan breads and baked goods from scratch. – Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work flexible schedule that changes. – Be proactive with cleaning and keeping the kitchen organized. Must actually enjoy cleaning and take great pride in maintaining a clean work area. – Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers. – Have good communication skills; and the ability to give and take direction participating in a team environment. – Be able to answer phones and take special orders. – Be able to operate and use knives, scales, wrappers, garbage disposals as needed. Uses knowledge of scales and weight measures to accurately weigh and label products. – Be willing to early mornings and weekends. – Be able to lift 50 lbs. – Have and maintain a Food Handlers permit.
