We serve as a strategic partner to our stakeholders in helping to maintain a best-in-class Net Promoter Score through safeguarding and promoting our brand of exceptional client service.
Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will support the Private Wealth Management Marketing team.
The Marketing Manager will assist in increasing First Republic’s value proposition and reputation in providing wealth management services by: (i) developing and updating effective marketing collateral materials that convey our holistic wealth management capabilities; (ii) supporting the development and execution of Private Wealth Management events and content; (iii) overseeing marketing initiatives from concept through execution; and (iv) managing materials on key platforms and supporting wealth professionals in accessing marketing resources.
What you’ll do as a Marketing Manager (Private Wealth Management):
– Support the Private Wealth Management Marketing strategy and goals that drive business objectives.
– Develop and maintain Private Wealth Management print and digital marketing materialsincluding but not limited to fact sheets, brochures, invitations, pitch books and content.
– Oversee the organization and management of marketing materials on internal sites including tracking usage and reporting.
– Develop brand acumen and cultivate a deep understanding of the First Republic brand voice and aesthetic to ensure it is infused in all PWM marketing materials.
– Support requests for customized materials by wealth professionals and identify ways to scale these requests to benefit teams across PWM.
– In coordination with the events team, assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events—both local and national—including project timeline, budget tracking, scheduling, mailing list management, organization of collateral and promotional materials and coordination with outside vendors.
– Design initiatives that support internal awareness building of PWM within First Republic and support campaigns that connect Bankers and Private Wealth Management advisors, developing internal marketing materials as needed.
– Cultivate sector knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
– Manage vendor relationships and oversee marketing projects in partnership with external agencies.
– Work effectively across other departments, communicating and interfacing with other business vertical and department leaders

– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a related role
– Strong communication skills: writing, analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex programs and translate into clear communications (written, graphical, architectural, and verbal).
Strong command of Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
– Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
– Comfort with marketing/sales enablement technologies including customer relationship management systems and tools that enable sales teams to access marketing materials
– Strong project management experience and ability to see things through from start to finish
– Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including executives, across many disciplines
– Ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business goals
– Strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive and appropriate urgency
– Collaborative and “hands-on” team leader and player who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and works well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines
– Bachelor degree in business/marketing or equivalent
– Eye for design and style, as well as strong writing/editing skills
– Event hospitality experience is a plus
