A reputable management company is looking for an experienced affordable housing manager to oversee the day-to-day functions at a 350 unit apartment community in Yonkers, NY.
We are looking for your solid knowledge of affordable housing, Section 8, tax credit (LIHTC); your impeccable sense of organization; and your strong leadership skills.
Experience with creating and managing property budgets, knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and RealPage OneSite (or similar software program) are a must.
