Information Technology Specialist-JourneymanWork Location: Los Angeles Air Force Base, CAClearance Requirement: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)Position Type / Standard Work Hours: Full-time / 40 hours / On-SiteSummary/ Objective:The Information Technology Specialist shall manage, administer, develop, deliver, and support information technology (IT) systems and services for the SMC XP/DS Directorate.

The paramount requirement is knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; e.G., data storage, software applications, networking.

Work involves ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
